The vocational training conducted by the DCC for our countrymen in Artsakh aroused great interest among the locals. This is why we decided to broaden the scope of courses and launched our polymer and felt courses. As a result, the participants acquired handicraft skills and the opportunity to create their own products. They also discovered that they unlimited possibilities.
The project is financed/co-financed by the Institute for International Cooperation of German Adult Education Association (DVV International) from the funds of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
