On October 3, 2025, the Dilijan Community Center launched the “Dilijan Partnership Platform” (hereafter, the Platform).
The initiative aims to support the development of the Dilijan community by bringing together organizations and active individuals who play a key role in the community’s social, educational, and cultural life.
Opportunities Provided by the Platform
The Platform enables:
- Pooling existing resources around a shared goal
- Serving as a forum for discussing, planning, and implementing potential collaborations
- Disseminating information widely about events, courses, and other activities in the community
- Identifying community needs and proposing joint solutions
Participants
Currently, 21 organizations and active citizens have joined the Platform.
Objectives and Measurable Indicators
The Platform has set annual performance indicators:
- Implementation of at least 5 joint projects per year
- Gradual increase in member participation: 50% → 75% → 100%
- Active communication via the Platform’s Telegram channel
- Development and publication of one joint package/initiative per year
Operational Format
The Platform ensures effective activity through:
- A joint action plan
- Shared events calendar
- Regular meetings and ongoing communication
Activities
In 2025, three meetings were held, each attended by approximately 15–18 representatives. During these meetings, members presented their organizations’ activities, discussed opportunities for youth skill development, explored joint community events, and planned the Platform’s future directions.
The Dilijan Partnership Platform continues to evolve as a trusted collaborative environment, promoting resource coordination, joint project implementation, and the creation of public value for the community.
