UWCD joint programs

Since 2014, the Dilijan Community Center has collaborated with UWC Dilijan International School, serving as a platform for foreign students and local youth to implement joint community development projects.

The mission of this collaboration is to create valuable educational opportunities that foster mutual understanding and cooperation between UWC students and Dilijan youth. The vision of the program goes beyond skill development: it aims to build lasting connections, expand educational horizons, and cultivate a community environment of mutual support, where young people can dream, create, and shape a bright future.

The jointly implemented educational, recreational, social, and cultural projects include:

• English courses for children aged 7–9 and 11–14
• Chinese language course for children aged 12–16
• Pottery course for children aged 12–14
• Swimming course for children aged 9–11
• Knowledge Club for laboratory studies in biology and chemistry
