Dilijan Community Center announces an open call for participation in the international project “Youth Advocacy for Local Affairs” (YALA, BSB01271).
🎯 What will YALA give you?
- Impact: Raise awareness about your community’s issues and directly influence local decision-making processes.
- Practical Skills: Develop core capacities in youth advocacy and public participation.
- International Network: Collaborate with active youth across the Black Sea Basin region.

Active, motivated youth aged 16–30 who are passionate about community development and ready to become leaders of change.
